Located in Mahebourg, this unique family-owned factory has been producing traditional cassava biscuits using the same method since 1870.
- The Experience: A guided tour where you watch the biscuits being made by hand using dried sugar cane leaves for fuel. The tour ends with a tea break and biscuit tasting (Vanilla, Cinnamon, Star Anise, etc.).
- Highlights: The smell of baking biscuits and the vintage atmosphere that feels frozen in time.
